Finch Paper Names Greg Maio as VP of Sales and Marketing
GLENS FALLS, NY—September 23, 2013—Finch Paper announced the appointment of Gregory Maio as vice president of sales and marketing, and the company’s newest member of the Senior Leadership Team. Maio has earned a succession of sales leadership positions, serving more than a dozen years with National Envelope, of which the last five he was vice president of Sales. Maio has broad experience managing sales performance, developing distribution strategies and driving a customer-focused culture. Maio began his career with leading envelope manufacturer Williamhouse-Regency (acquired by National Envelope in 1999) and is a business graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Cross.
According to Finch Paper President and CEO Debabrata Mukherjee, “Greg’s career includes over 25 years of sales leadership and channel strategy in the uncoated freesheet market space. He brings a diverse background in sales, manufacturing and distribution, and performance improvement,” said Debabrata Mukherjee, Finch Paper's president and CEO.
Maio joins the company at a pivotal time. As the industry is being reshaped by mill closures and repurposing, Maio is charged with setting strategy and directing Finch’s sales efforts drawing on the team’s diverse and broad industry experience.
