Then there's Quark. This company has a public relations problem. Everybody loves the product but seems to have a horror story about the company's customer service department. And the initial release of QuarkXPress 4.0 didn't do the company any favors, either, as there were a number of bugs. These have now been fixed, but I am sticking with v3.32. Sadly for Quark, so are a significant number of their other customers.
