Harris & Bruno Web Coaters Demonstrated for HP PageWide Web Press T400S

SAN DIEGO—January 29, 2015—Harris & Bruno International announced it was part of an event that showcased the HP PageWide Web Press T400S with coating options during an open house at HP’s facility Jan. 19-20.
H&B web coaters are installed in-line with the HP PageWide Web Press T400S press at the HP facility here, providing maximum efficiency and productivity. The first is installed between the unwinder and press, and treats coated papers with HP Priming Agent before printing. The second coater is installed after the press and applies an aqueous over-print varnish (OPV). Featuring Harris & Bruno’s renowned chamber/anilox technology, these coaters include automated circulators for quick change-overs. Versions are available for either in-line or near-line operation.
