HBP and Balmar Printing Join Forces
HAGERSTOWN, MD—September 7, 2010—HBP Inc., a communications and print provider, announced it has acquired Balmar Printing in Falls Church, VA. Balmar (PI400: #179, $28.5 million in sales) will be a wholly owned subsidiary of HBP Inc. (PI400: #266, $19.5 million in sales).
HBP, in business for over 100 years, provides communication tools through a wide array of integrated technology solutions, printing services and customized fulfillment operations. Balmar brings its 50 years of complementary services, solutions and exemplary team to HBP. Management of both organizations realize that the landscape is changing and customers need a wide variety of solutions and services.
