Heidelberg Invites Printers to Experience Live, Integrated Print Shop at GRAPH EXPO 2008

In addition to the new XL 105-10P, Heidelberg will showcase the following solutions and equipment at Graph Expo:

• Integrated Workflow Solutions– Visitors to Heidelberg’s booth will experience its full array of Prinect workflow solutions, including the new Prinect Postpress Manager, which integrates postpress processes, and the Prinect Schedulerelectronic planning board – both of which lead to significant enhancements in production sequence efficiency. With Prinect Pressroom Manager, job data entered in the JDF ticket by the print management information system can be called up anywhere in the pressroom, such as at the pressroom manager’s workstation, the operator’s console or the press itself. “Print Shop 1200” – the Heidelberg booth – will be fully integrated with the Prinect Integration System, which centrally schedules, coordinates and seamlessly controls every area of the shop’s processes.
