Heidelberg USA Releases New Product Installation Report
Ponders, Inc. Goes CtP, Installs Heidelberg Prosetter P74
Ponders Printing, a general commercial printer located in Thomasville , Ga. , recently installed a Heidelberg Prosetter P74 violet platesetter in conjunction with an upgrade of its design department. The new metal platesetter replaces an older polyester model. According to Plant Manager Gary Wisham, the company is enjoying substantial overall productivity and quality improvement as a result of the installation. The 74-year old company knows the value of quality and speed to its customers. In its pressroom, Ponders also operates Heidelberg SORM and MO presses. A Heidelberg customer for many years, Ponders, Inc. employs 13 in its printing division and serves a regional clientele.
