Blanks Printing & Imaging in Dallas , Texas recently added to its existing Heidelberg equipment with the installation of a Stahlfolder B 26. The new folder runs at an average rate of 16,000 sheets per hour. Jim Speed, who is head of the bindery, says Blanks runs the folder almost 50 hours a week. “Having a third large folder lets us have a higher base productivity,” he said. “We now can run an additional 16 hours of production per day on the most up-to-date machine available, which allows for quick turn-around for our clients.” The
