Heidelbergl Shareholders Agreed to all Items on the Agenda at General Meeting

HEIDELBERG, GERMANY—July 26, 2012—Around 1,800 shareholders today participated in the Annual General Meeting of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) for financial year 2011/2012, which was held at the Congress Center Rosengarten in Mannheim. Just under 38 percent of Heidelberg’s share capital was represented at the event.
