Diehm, 65, who pleaded guilty to third-degree grand larceny, will receive five years' probation, regardless of the payback, for taking checks that had been pre-signed by Curtis Printing owner Richard Lieberman. The checks came out to $106,900, which Diehm used to pay his own bills when he was experiencing financial difficulties.
