Hi-Liter/Inland Graphics Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Plus Companies

BURLINGTON, WI—Hi-Liter Graphics, LLC announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Plus Companies of Menomonee Falls, WI. Plus Companies has two business units that operate under the names C-t-PLUS and Plus Digital Print. Hi-Liter is making an asset purchase of Plus Companies and forming wholly owned subsidiaries that will continue to operate under their current names (C-t-PLUS and Plus Digital Print). Additional terms and details of the transaction were not disclosed.

It is anticipated that the majority of current employees will remain with the new company and continue to operate from the Menomonee Falls location. Dennis Redman, Founder of Plus Companies, will remain as an executive with the Corporation.
