Amundson, Holm Graphic Services Absorbed by Omaha

OMAHA, NE—Omaha Print has agreed to purchase the customer base of Holm Graphic Services of Des Moines, IA. Mary Ann Amundson, sole shareholder of Holm, will join Omaha Print as Iowa regional director, sales and business development. She will utilize Omaha’s manufacturing capabilities for Holm customers and Holm will cease its own production.

The National Association for Printing Leadership has been providing ongoing strategic advice on growth via acquisition to Omaha Print, introducing the parties and advising on the transaction price and structure so that a Letter of Intent was signed within seven days of the first contact.
