“We don’t have any customers banging down our door saying they want to do business this way,” notes the company exec. “We don’t want to create a scenario in which we have to force customers into a particular solution we’ve invested in. Most don’t have logic capabilities to determine the best output method (digital versus offset) and price accordingly. Also, our customers want to be able to shop between printers.
