HP Acquires Hiflex Software

PALO ALTO, CA—Dec 6, 2011—HP has acquired Hiflex Software GmbH, a privately held software solutions provider specializing in management information system (MIS) and Web-to-print solutions for printing services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1991, Hiflex is headquartered in Aachen, Germany. Following the acquisition, Hiflex will continue to evolve its offerings and service its current customers.
