HP and Dscoop today jointly announce the decision to cancel the Dscoop Edge San Diego event, which had been scheduled for Oct. 24-27 in San Diego, Calif.
“The health and safety of our global employees remains our top priority,” said Haim Levit, VP and General Manager of HP Indigo. “We wish we could all meet face-to-face in the way we had hoped for at Edge San Diego, but given the current situation with COVID variants globally, we err on the side of caution and unfortunately meeting face-to-face will have to wait a little longer. Our team will continue working closely with our customers as together we drive growth and open new markets, applications, and possibilities.”
“The news disappoints us all, but the entire Dscoop community will remain as resilient and agile as ever,” said Keith Wilmot, CEO of Dscoop. “We’ll continue to do everything we can to help our members learn, connect, and advance every day through educational content, networking opportunities, collaborative tools, local activities, and more. Meanwhile, we’ll now focus on creating an amazing in-person experience next year at Edge Denver.”
Edge Denver is scheduled for March 6-9, 2022 at the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center. Dscoop is also exploring ways to enable PSPs and partners to interact safely and in-person on a local level in 2021.
