Millions of people around the world are using their windows to share messages of support – and hope.
An extension of our growing global Print, Play & Learn platform, artists all over the world such as Aaron Draplin, Laura Callaghan, Noma Bar, Jessica Hische, Kanae Sato, and notably, Shepard Fairey, have created an inspirational poster gallery designed for easy, at-home printing, desktop wallpapers, and video call backgrounds.
“We wanted to partner with the global creative community and give everyone additional ways to express how they’re feeling – from gratitude for essential workers to hope, love and togetherness,” said Vikrant Batra, CMO, HP Inc.
The just released HP #windowsofhope collection includes over 35 original posters, many designed exclusively for HP during this unprecedented time. All posters are free to download through HP’s Print, Play & Learn platform, HP Smart App and at hp.com/windowsofhope
“If we can spread love everywhere, it’ll help us all get through this,” writes artist Benny Gold who created the piece “Spread Love.”
#windowsofhope, a new content collection and extension of HP’s Print, Play & Learn platform, is just one of many actions HP is taking in response to COVID-19. The company is also delivering educational content curated from leading scientific, publishing and media companies to support teachers and students through its Turn to Learn program, and working to refresh millions of used laptops for children who need them for schoolwork. HP has also used 3D printing to produce more than 35,000 parts for distribution to hospitals and leveraged their digital manufacturing partners to produce tens of thousands more.
