Color Inkjet Web Press Bound for BR Printers

SAN JOSE, CA—BR Printers is set to install an HP T230 color inkjet web press and an HP Indigo 7600 digital press, which the company believes will effectively make it the only printer on the West Coast with the ability to print books in four-color inkjet. The presses will be installed by June 1.

The HP T230 inkjet prints up to 400 fpm color and mono, with 1,200 nozzles per inch native resolution. The HP T230 press supports a broad range of media compatibility, uncoated offset stock, ground wood, newsprint and printable media. Supported printable media weights range from 60 gsm up to 215 gsm.
