Imagine! Print Solutions to Acquire DigiGraphics, Gain Large-Format Capabilities

MINNEAPOLIS—Dec. 22, 2011—Imagine! Print Solutions (#36, with $157 million in sales, on the 2011 Printing Impressions 400 ranking) announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire DigiGraphics Inc., also located in Minneapolis. The transaction is expected to be complete within the next 30 days.

DigiGraphics.will continue to operate independently and without interruption. For current Imagine! and DigiGraphic customers, it will be "business as usual,” but the partnership will expand the service offerings of each company and create new opportunities through greater capacity and resources.

Founded in 1979, DigiGraphics has established itself as one of the highest quality large-format digital print providers in the area. The company produces large-format graphics, museum display graphics, and environmental signage in a state-of-the-art facility and offers a full range of digital inkjet and photographic print and fulfillment services. Additionally, it offers direct-to-fabric printing capabilities, custom framing and large-format fine art printing and scanning.
