Imagine! Adds DigiGraphics

MINNEAPOLIS—Imagine! Print Solutions announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire DigiGraphics Inc., also located in Minneapolis.

DigiGraphics will continue to operate independently, but the partnership will expand the service offerings of each company and create new opportunities through greater resources.

Founded in 1979, DigiGraphics provides large-format graphics, museum display graphics and environmental signage, as well as digital inkjet and photographic print and fulfillment services. Additionally, it offers direct-to-fabric printing, custom framing and large-format fine art printing and scanning.
