Independent Printing Acquires Fellow Wisconsin Commercial Printer PrimaGraphics

DE PERE, Wis.—August 4, 2015—Independent Printing, a print and communications firm based here, has acquired PrimaGraphics Inc. of Green Bay, Wisconsin, reported the Green Bay Press-Gazette.

PrimaGraphics, a division of Independent Checks, will operate under the PrimaGraphics name and will remain at its current location at 2461 Larsen Road. According to the Press-Gazette, the firm will retain its organizational structure, and Dennis Dickinson, the former owner of PrimaGraphics, will stay on with the company.

The acquisition will bolster Independent Printing's offerings with the addition of traditional business forms, integrated products, such as cards and labels, and checks and security documents.

Independent Printing offers print and finishing, packaging, presentation solutions, fulfillment, customized internet storefronts, marketing collateral materials, variable and on-demand digital printing, and signs and point-of-sale services.

Now in its 80th year, Independent Printing employs a team of 270 employees, and was ranked #149 on the 2014 Printing Impressions 400 with annual sales of more than $30 million. Bill Ziemendorf is president and CEO.
