InfoPrint Solutions Now Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Ricoh

BOULDER, CO—Jun 30, 2010—InfoPrint Solutions Co. today announced that it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Co., Ltd., bringing the three-year joint venture between IBM and Ricoh to its planned completion.
