More than 125 print executives are packing their bags right now for the 13th annual Inkjet Summit, which will kick off Monday evening in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa.
Presented annually by PRINTING United Alliance, Printing Impressions, and In-plant Impressions, the Inkjet Summit is an invitation-only, hosted event specifically designed for senior-level managers and business executives at printing companies and in-plants who want to understand technology trends and make investment decisions around production inkjet printing technology.
Conference Chair Marco Boer, VP of I.T. Strategies, will start the summit Monday night with an information-packed keynote exploring how investing in new equipment and automation will help print service providers stay ahead of labor challenges.
Tuesday will begin with a session on artificial intelligence by rising AI star Steve Metcalf, founder, CEO and chief AI officer of Imagine AI Live. Other sessions throughout the summit will cover finishing systems, workflow considerations, and the next steps after adding an inkjet press.
For three days, printing company owners will mingle with in-plant and senior-level operations managers, sharing real-life experiences and enjoying a nonstop program of keynotes, user panel discussions, and expert consultant presentations. Sponsors will also present in-plant case studies featuring successful inkjet implementations.

More than 300 printing industry professionals attended the 12th annual Inkjet Summit in Orlando, Florida, in 2024.
Keynote Sponsors for the 2025 summit are Canon U.S.A., HP, Kyocera Document Solutions America, and Ricoh Graphic Communications. They will be joined by more than 50 top-tier solution providers. Attendees will be able to learn more about them in a series of 1:1 meetings taking place Tuesday and Wednesday. The event will wrap up with an awards dinner on Wednesday evening.
