Shapes Speak. Shapes Sell.
Now you can offer your customers flexible, affordable, high-quality custom die-cutting. This unique flexo-magnetic rotary design leads to ease of operation and fast changeovers for short to long runs, encompassing a magnitude of quality production capabilities.
The Insignia7 larger format die cutter stands out from others in this class with the largest sheet size of a B2 30x24" sheet capacity and the ability to die cut and emboss stocks up to 30 pt. thickness!
It's ideal for finishing output from both offset and digital presses including HP Indigo 12000 and 30000 presses. Plan your personal demo to see die cutting of 20x28" tags, plus 30 pt. insurance ID card carriers and presentation folders. Affordable, endless die-cut possibilities-the shape of things to come!
Rollem Business Card Slitting with the CP Bourg BSFS Sheet Feeder is the only way to efficiently and rapidly produce business cards and other digital products.
Rollem is known for providing slitting systems to many of the world's top web-to-print companies and now visitors have the opportunity to mirror those finishing systems. This demonstration further automates the Jetstream XY bi-directional slit, score and perf system with sheet feeding from the C.P. Bourg BSF system. No transfer of heavy stock is necessary as multiple loaded trolleys feed the Jetstream resulting in increased productivity, no damaged sheets, or injuries. This demo shows a 36-up sheet of business cards as they are edge trimmed, slit, turned, edge trimmed,2nd direction slit and delivered into bins. Jetstream easily integrates with banding or wrapping system.
The Coat & Cut demonstration has a broad range of appeal for printers who require UV coating of their press sheets. The TEC Lighting UV coater will feed and UV coat a menu application which is handed off in-line to the Rollem Jetstream for edge trims and scoring - all in one process. The benefit of this configuration includes the elimination of stock movement, less manpower and increased production times.
"Our collaboration with TEC Lighting, is one of the many valuable equipment integrations we are excited to share with the Print '17 attendees", states Susan Corwin, Marketing Manager.
