Video Shows Press Install at Tap Packaging

Tap is one of the first companies in the world to install the HP Indigo 30000, reportedly the first digital press designed specifically for folding cartons. With the purchase of this press, Tap will be able to provide personalization, innovation and new possibilities in folding carton design.

Highlighting the Indigo 30000’s features are its in-line primer, TRESU coater and 29x20" format. The in-line primer enables the press to print on nearly any off-the-shelf substrate, including plastic, metalized board and recycled board—from 8-pt to 24-pt. The TRESU coater, also in-line, allows each sheet to be coated with a full flood or spot UV or aqueous coating. And, at 29" wide—the widest of the Indigo presses—the Indigo 30000 can print nearly all folding carton applications.
