IntegraColor Makes Deal for Digital Printer

MESQUITE, TX—IntegraColor Ltd. announced that it has acquired Dallas-based digital print firm The Color Place. The acquisition will extend IntegraColor's assets for digital printing in both small and grand formats, permanent and promotional signage, and will also facilitate expansion into quick turn, short run projects.

IntegraColor is a privately held visual communications firm with a 55-year history providing specialized print-based solutions to a broad range of commercial clients, including those in the Fortune 500 and horticultural industry. The deal is expected to add an additional $15-$20 million to its 2010-2011 revenues. IntegraColor intends to retain The Color Place team, consolidating equipment and personnel into its headquarters in Mesquite.
