Integrity Graphics Acquires Fellow New England Firm Excelsior Printing
WINDSOR, Connecticut—June 30, 2015—Integrity Graphics, a commercial printer with digital, offset, and large-format capabilities based here, has acquired Excelsior Printing of North Adams, Massachusetts, for an undisclosed amount, reported CTNOW.
As part of the transaction, Excelsior owner David Crane has sent the firm's SeedPrint packaging brand to Integrity Graphics, and will maintain possession of Excelsior Integrated, Excelsior Printing's sister company.
Commenting on the acquisition, Joseph La Valla, president and CEO of Integrity Graphics, noted, “The Excelsior Printing and SeedPrint divisions enhance Integrity Graphics' strong presence in the Northeast and allow us to offer new services to our new Massachusetts clients, such as perfect binding and UV printing. We are thrilled to continue to grow our workforce with this acquisition and delighted to welcome six new employees to the Integrity family."
According to CTNOW, Excelsior Printing's sales team, estimating, prepress, proofing and list management services, will all remain in North Adams.
The acquisition marks Integrity Graphics' third acquisition in less than five years. In 2011, the firm acquired Colonial Printing in Warwick, Rhode Island, and in 2012, it acquired PDQ Graphics in Newport, Rhode Island.
Integrity Graphics was founded in 1988 and offers digital, offset, and large-format printing, graphic design services, direct mail and variable data, promotional products, binding and finishing and social media management.
