Scitex Digital Printing formally introduced its VersaMark Vantage digital color ink-jet printing system. The press can be configured with as many as five, 9˝ printheads for printing at up to 325 fpm in roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet or roll-to-fanfold configurations. It can output 100 percent variable data in black, spot or process color and handles web widths from 8˝ to 20˝. The press prints at a choice of 300x300 or 300x600 dpi resolutions.
