Ironmark, a leader in omni-channel marketing and communication solutions, continues to expand its team with the recent hiring of April Perry, SHRM-CP, as the new Human Resources Director. Perry has over 30 years of experience in business operations and human resources management.
Perry’s career lends itself to her new role - her business background equips her with a strong knowledge of business operations, which she incorporates in her evaluation of organizational HR needs and in the development of the business case for recommended HR policies and actions.
Perry seeks to engage with and support employees through the provision of HR functions, to partner with management and employees in the development of effective systems and processes, and to collaborate with leadership in the ongoing strategic management of the organization.
