IWCO Direct Refines Fulfillment Services Strategy

IWCO Direct says it will work closely with customers to transition their programs to another company facility as appropriate or help them to source an alternative supplier. The transition period is expected to be 60 to 90 days or longer in some cases.

The organization will continue to provide fulfillment services at the Mail-Gard facility in Warminster; its Chanhassen, MN, headquarters; and the Downey, CA, facility. The Mail-Gard critical communications recovery operations in Warminster will not be affected by this change in strategy.
