At press time, IWCO Direct put the finishing touches on a deal that sees Citigroup Venture Capital Equity Partners (CVC), based in New York City, join the ownership fold. CVC, Andersen, Wicka and Karle have acquired the company, with Beddor, the founder and chairman, opting for retirement after 35 years.
