In his new role as COO, Jacobson will focus on continuing to broaden and strengthen Xerox’s hardware and software portfolio and driving supply-chain efficiencies in the Technology Global Shared Services and Graphic Communications Operations groups.
Jacobson joined Xerox in February 2012 from Presstek, where he'd served as the company’s president and CEO since 2007. Prior to his role at Presstek, Jacobson was COO of Eastman Kodak's $3.6 billion Graphic Communications Group. He also served for five years as CEO of Kodak Polychrome Graphics, a $1.7 billion joint venture between Sun Chemical and Kodak.
