NEW CANAAN, CT—02/04/09—MSP, LLC founding partners Roy Grossman and Chip Stine announced today that Jonathan Fogel has joined the company as partner. Fogel had previously been Senior Vice President of Sandy Alexander, Inc.
Grossman commented, “Chip and I are very excited to have Jon join MSP as we move forward in executing our strategic plan of creating a unique national network of world class marketing solution providers. For the past two decades Jon has been a critical part of the team that built Sandy Alexander into one of the most respected companies in the industry. His expertise in promoting our platform on a national basis and developing the necessary infrastructure will be a key component to our future success.” Stine added, “We’re looking forward to building a successful new business model within the digital print and variable data segments with the benefit of an exceptionally talented executive team.
In discussing his move to MSP, Fogel noted, “Given 20 years with Sandy, as well as my deep personal roots there, leaving was certainly not an easy decision. However, there are times in life when you recognize that there are tremendous opportunities to pursue and change is the vehicle to get you there. This is certainly one of those times. I believe that the vision we have for crafting a dynamic new organization will provide the type of value that customers demand in today’s very challenging and competitive market. For most of my professional career I have worked side by side with Chip and Roy. I know that our combined skill set will provide strong leadership for our new venture.”
At Sandy Alexander, Fogel was responsible for marketing, corporate communications, human resources, and information technology. He began his professional career with Grey Advertising after graduating from Boston University. In addition to Grey, Fogel held senior account management positions as a vice president at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising and Partners & Shevack.
Fogel is an influential figure in the printing industry.
