Jones Printing LLC Acquires Assets of Jones Solutions from Nationwide Argosy
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.—June 12, 2015—Jones Printing has purchased the assets and is extending offers to employees of Jones Solutions, previously owned by parent Nationwide Argosy Solutions. R. Dale Ford, president of Jones Solutions, will remain as president of Jones Printing, allowing company ownership to return to the south as a privately-held, family-owned company bringing a whole new level of service to its customer bases and maintaining jobs in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
"Jones Printing ownership returning to Chattanooga has been a key aspect of this transaction as it honors its founder Thomas H. Jones and Wendell Burns, its chief architect,” said Dale Ford, its president and successor to Wendell Burns. “This restructuring has been a year in the making—formation of a new executive management team and enhancement to our brand management program to support our consumer packaging services. Jones has consistently been a premier service provider and employer since its inception in 1947 and remains that way today. Ford added, "The new organization known as Jones Printing LLC, will transform from a traditional established printer, utilizing conventional printing methods, to a dynamic, forward-looking provider of commercial printing, digital printing, e-marketing, mailing (both conventionally and electronically), dye-sublimation, packaging, and fulfillment with inventory management." Jones employees will be remaining at the Crutchfield and Dodson locations.
