KBA Bolsters Its Customer Support Specialist Program
DALLAS—January 23, 2014—KBA North America announces that it has added another member to its customer support specialist program. Kim Williams, a 30-year veteran of print and management experience, has joined the company in a role where he will be serving customers in the Southeast region based out of the Raleigh-Durham area. He joins a host of dedicated team members across the country including service technicians, mechanics, electricians, demonstrators, as well as the KBA North America customer service department consisting of Jon McKinstry, Brent Weaver, and Alex Wekerle. This exceptional customer support program provides KBA customers with service and support to allow them to maximize the output of their KBA presses, achieve the full measure of success from their KBA investments, and increase their profitability.

Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Engineering at Florida International University and brings nearly 30 years of print and management experience from major companies in the graphic arts industry. Williams will report to Tim McKeon, KBA vice president of service and operations.

My experience also includes implementing system-wide changes as essential solutions to the challenges of technological advancements in the printing industry.
