KBA North America Forms Strategic Alliance With Tensor Int'l to Promote Tensor’s Single-Width Presses
DALLAS—September 25, 2014—KBA North America is pleased to announce a strategic alliance with Tensor International, a premier U.S. manufacturer of single-width web offset press systems, to jointly market Tensor’s equipment solutions to the semi-commercial, insert and newspaper print markets worldwide. Under the terms of the agreement, KBA will actively promote Tensor’s single-width printing solutions. This new partnership will be officially introduced at the KBA press conference on Monday Sept. 29 at 9 a.m. (CST) and detailed information will be available afterwards at the KBA Booth 213 conveniently located at the front entrance to the show floor. GRAPH EXPO 14 and co-located CPP EXPO will be held Sept. 28-Oct. 1, 2014, in Chicago's McCormick Place.
Tensor International, a U.S.-based manufacturer located in Woodridge, IL, outside of Chicago, specializes in the development and production of flexible single-width web offset press equipment capable of printing 35,000 to 60,000 products per hour, with related folding equipment. Over 2,600 units (approximately 190 presslines) have been successfully installed in 43 countries since 1993.
