Garner Replacing Truncale At Helm of AMSP/NAPL/NAQP

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—Ken Garner is taking the reins as CEO of AMSP/NAPL/NAQP, effective Jan. 12. He will replace Joe Truncale, who is stepping down to become CEO of the New York-based Public Relations Society of America.

When he steps down in January, Truncale will conclude a 30-year career with NAPL, which began in December 1984 when he was hired to become director of member relations. He subsequently became NAPL executive vice president in 1991, and president and CEO in 2002.
