Garner Replacing Truncale At Helm of AMSP/NAPL/NAQP

Garner became CEO of the Association of Marketing Service Providers (AMSP) in late 2008. He led the association, then named the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA), on a comprehensive re-branding initiative.
