Keynotes at Upcoming Project Peacock Print Fair to Discuss Power of Print and Importance of Trust
In anticipation of the upcoming Project Peacock Print Fair in New York City on March 14, Deb Corn, founder of Project Peacock, spoke with keynote speaker Trish Witkowski, CEO of FoldFactory and FreshCut Crafts, and host of the weekly video series 60-Second Fold of the Week, for an episode of Podcasts from the Printerverse. Witkowski explores what makes the printing industry so exciting right now; the relationship between designers and printers and the importance of Project Peacock; and her plans to knock the socks off of Project Peacock Print Fair attendees through a unique keynote presentation.
"I want to leave people on the edge of their seats and excited about where print is going, and about rediscovering the tangibility and the power of the medium," says Witkowski. "I'm excited to have the opportunity to do what I want to do and wow everybody with a surprise presentation that no one has ever seen before."

Also taking the stage for a keynote presentation at the pop-up event is Tobias Degsell, founder of Combiner and former curator at the Nobel Museum. Corn took time to speak with Degsell for an episode in the podcast series about his experiences at the Nobel Museum; why the trust factor is so key when it comes to collaboration between creatives and salespeople; how to open up to the improvement movement; and what "the future is a verb not a noun" really means.

Both episodes of Podcasts from the Printerverse were sponsored by PRINTING United and BRAND United (which will take place from Oct 23-25, 2019, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas).
