Keystone Acquires Ott Packagings

OLD FORGE, PA—July 21, 2008—Keystone announced today that they have acquired Ott Packagings Inc. located in Selinsgrove, PA. Ott Packagings Inc. (Ott) are manufacturers of rigid and thermoformed packaging, folding cartons with windows, foil stamping as well as thermoformed plastic inserts.
