(Kurz) have announced a new strategic partnership in which the two companies will co-market the Kurz DIGITAL METAL technology in the U.S. and Canada. This new partnership teams the market-leading strengths of each company to deliver a new innovative solution for digital foil application.
"Kurz and Kluge share a rich history in the foil decoration industry," said Thomas Hertlein, CEO of Kurz Transfer Products, L.P. "The digital print workflow continues to transform our industry in historic ways," said Michael Aumann, Kluge CEO. "Our new alliance with Kurz will build on our momentum in bringing innovative solutions to our clients, and takes advantage of Kluge's leadership in small to medium size format solutions."
The partnership will combine Kurz leadership in the development and manufacturing of foil for the packaging and graphics industry and Kluge's extensive experience in both sales and technical support of foil stamping equipment.
