PIA Hands Out Six InterTech Awards

PITTSBURGH—The Printing Industries of America (PIA) has announced the recipients of its 2010 InterTech Technology Awards. These "star" winners were judged as "truly innovative" and are expected to have an impact on the graphic communications industry.

The 2010 recipients are: ZAC automated controller technology module, Fujifilm North America, Graphic Systems Div.; Hiflex Webshop, Hiflex; Kodak Digicap NX screening, Eastman Kodak; Kodak Prosper S10 imprinting system, Eastman Kodak; Prinect inspection control, Heidelberg USA; and Super Blue 3, Printing Research.

The InterTech star trophies will be presented for the six technologies during the 2010 Printing Industries of America Premier Print Awards and InterTech Technology Awards Gala, which will take place Oct. 3 in Chicago during GRAPH EXPO 2010.
