Kowa-Morelli Named President of Huston Patterson

DECATUR, IL—August 6, 2013—Huston Patterson President and CEO Thomas W. Kowa, recently named Tonya Kowa-Morelli as the new president of Huston Patterson. Thomas W. Kowa will remain active at Huston Patterson serving as CEO and chairman of the board. “The decision to promote Tonya as president of Huston Patterson was not only the best move for the corporation and its employees, but also for our clients, vendors and business partners,” said Kowa. “Tonya not only has a proven track record of exceptional leadership, but most importantly, the vision, energy and respect within our industry.”

Kowa-Morelli has been with Huston Patterson and Sigma Graphics for over nine years, serving in various sales, marketing and leadership roles. In 2012, the Label Printing Industries of America (LPIA), named Kowa-Morelli the recipient of the LPIA Emerging Leader Award. She was also recently selected as one of “20 people under 40 who make a difference in Central Illinois” by The Business Journal of Mid-Central Illinois.
