PHILADELPHIA - July 9, 2018 - NAPCO Research, a division of NAPCO Media, has announced that Lisa Cross has joined the company as Principal Analyst. Cross will author original research on emerging trends and changing dynamics in the commercial, in-plant and packaging industries, and the market forces that are driving those changes.

Cross was formerly the Associate Director of Keypoint Intelligence-InfoTrends’ Business Development Strategies service, where she was responsible for conducting and presenting market research, advising on communication strategies, developing client content, assisting clients in business development efforts, managing consulting projects, and monitoring industry events.
Prior to joining InfoTrends, Cross served as Senior Editor at Graphic Arts Monthly magazine and Editor of graphicartsonline.com and the e-GAM e-newsletter, where she managed content and production for both print and online versions of the publication, and developed and executed cross-media content strategies that integrated and maintained continuity of media components. She also managed the publication’s research projects and publishing partnerships.
With 31 years of experience covering the graphic arts industry, Cross has authored thousands of articles on a variety of graphic communication industry topics, including technology trends, market forecasts, business strategy, sales, marketing and “green” printing. She was the first printing industry journalist to identify “green” printing as an industry trend in the early 1990s, and she was awarded a Cahners’ Medal of Excellence for her work on the subject. Cross was also named a Jessie H. Neal Award Finalist for her work on industry business trends, and was the 2007 recipient of the Tom McMillan Award for Editorial Excellence.
She holds a BA in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fordham University, where she graduated with honors.
