Long Island Sir Speedy Makes Fourth Acquisition
WESTBURY, NY—Sir Speedy of Westbury, Hauppauge & Melville has announced its acquisition of a Syosset-based Sir Speedy franchise. The acquisition is Sir Speedy of Westbury, Hauppauge & Melville’s fourth in six years and is part of the franchise printer’s continuing growth strategy through expansion.
As part of the agreement, Sir Speedy has acquired the Syosset location’s book of business, including a variety of local corporate clients. In addition, Steve Ross—former operator of the Syosset franchise—will stay on with the combined organization. Clients from the Syosset location will be able to take advantage of Sir Speedy of Westbury’s larger capacity and array of products and services offered.
“This acquisition allows us to expand our client base without increasing overhead,” said Evan Bloom, founder and co-owner of Sir Speedy of Westbury, Hauppauge & Melville. “We are committed to providing each customer with the same personal attention and quality they have become accustom to.
“Over the next few months, we anticipate a very smooth transition. With our enhanced digital marketing services and technology, we are able to provide clients with the latest state-of-the-art and cost-effective printing options,” Bloom added.
