Magna IV is joining forces with Bluestem Integrated, LLC of Tulsa, a full-service print solutions provider. The partnership will allow the more than 45-year-old Arkansas-based firm to expand its digital, label and wide-format printing capabilities.
“Magna IV is consistently recognized for its craftsmanship, innovative services and quality products,” said Kristi Dannelley, owner and CEO. “Bluestem’s acquisition is a natural step as we continue to grow our offerings and take on additional market share.”
Dannelley will oversee the transition of operations to Hal Salisbury, Bluestem president and founder. Bluestem will maintain Magna IV’s facilities and employees in Little Rock.
“Bluestem and Magna IV are driven by similar missions: to simplify the print and marketing process for our clients,” said Salisbury. “We’re excited to grow our presence in the Mid-South with this proven industry leader.”
