“We have gotten to a point where it became clear that managing our customer base would require another person—someone with a detailed oriented mind and experience in managing customer data/projects. I have known Marisa professionally for several years now, we worked together in the past, I knew she would be a great fit at Kirkwood. It just had to be her!” says Mark Nappa, Chief Sales Officer at Kirkwood.
In her new role, Marisa will work directly with the Information Technology & Manufacturing departments, assisting in developing/documenting requirements and working closely with Sales to allow for our new and existing programs to be executed, flawlessly.
Boidi is a graduate of the University of Hartford a wife and mother of two children. In her spare time, she is raising funds and bringing awareness to the rare disease Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
Kirkwood began in 1973, with a single press, printing technical manuals for Boston-area technology companies. Since 2004, under current ownership, the company has grown from a commercial printer to a full-service integrated communication provider. We have seen our revenue climb from $8.5 million to the current level of $75 million, which is rare, perhaps even unheard of, in the printing industry. To maximize collaboration among our divisions we have invested in our facilities, expanding our Wilmington Headquarters & Warehousing to over 125,000 square feet. We are a company on the move, but we never lost sight of the quality and service that define us. Our client-focused culture touches every part of the business. Kirkwood’s customer commitment is one thing that will never change, it makes us proud of our history, and confident in our future.
