Vomela Completes Deal to Obtain Master Print

ST. PAUL, MN—Vomela Specialty, based here, announced it has completed the acquisition of Master Print, of Newington, VA. The acquired company will continue to operate under the name Master Print and will function as a division of Vomela Specialty. Master Print is a supplier of commercial printing and provides an array of services including design support, digital and online proofing, single through multi-color offset printing, digital printing, storefront and e-commerce solutions, online inventory management, and mailing and distribution services.

David Dickens, previous owner, will continue to manage Master Print. “For Master Print, this acquisition adds to our capabilities and geographic presence to better serve our clients while continuing to grow our business," he remarked.
