McClung Announces Two Promotions

Sheila Southall

McClung Companies has announced the promotion of Sheila Southall as Vice President of Operations and Paul Groff as Scheduler / Prepress Coordinator. Southall has been promoted from Vice President of Production to Vice President of Operations. Groff continues in his role as Prepress Coordinator and has taken on additional roles with scheduling the plant.

"I have tasked Sheila over the last several years to take on more and more cross-divisional responsibilities and awareness, to help us drive cohesion between divisions, and to strive to improve each division from a production and operational perspective," noted Adam Monk, President. "Sheila has done this very well and has helped us to become a more efficient interconnected company. Sheila has begun to work into more operational awareness and control, assisting me in the cohesive day to day operations of all McClung divisions."

"Paul has worked hard over the last few years, working in a dual capacity assisting our Vice President of Production with scheduling duties in addition to his Prepress Coordinator role," added Monk. "By expanding his capabilities, he will support the company’s mission by providing excellent customer service!"

Southall has worked 20 years at McClung and lives in Waynesboro. Groff has worked 16 years at McClung and lives in Harrisonburg.
