McDowell No Longer to Become President of Flint’s Packaging/Narrow Web Business
LUXEMBOURG—Feb. 7, 2011—As a follow on to its previous announcement that Daniel F. McDowell was to become president of Flint Group’s Global Packaging/Narrow Web business, the company announced that McDowell has said he regrettably will not be able to take up the position for personal and family reasons. After a sabbatical leave, he will be returning to the United States to pursue other interests outside of the printing inks industry, and wishes Flint Group continued success in the future.
Flint Group CEO Antoine Fady commented, “Whilst this is obviously disappointing news, I am confident that the Packaging/Narrow Web leadership team will continue the strong development of our packaging business and further build on the positive momentum that they have generated.”
