Imagine! Print Solutions, Classic Graphics Join Forces

CHARLOTTE, NC—Imagine! Print Solutions of Minneapolis and Classic Graphics, based here, have merged, creating a commercial printing business approaching $280 million in annual sales. Terms of the deal were not released, but the firms will maintain their individual identities.

Most important, clients of both companies will be served by one of the strongest graphics companies in the nation.”

David Pitts, president of Classic Graphics, noted that combining the two companies provides clients access to wider and more sophisticated service offerings. Pitts will remain as president of Classic in the combined company.
