In ten years, Memjet’s (Booth 3822) printhead technology has transformed where and how printing gets done. Memjet is now building on the success of that platform by debuting its new pigment-based printing platform, DuraLink.
At PRINT 17, visitors to the Memjet booth will have the chance to see how both of these fast, affordable, and easy-to-use printing technologies can unleash the infinite potential for printers of all types.
VersaPass, Memjet’s original digital platform, is an aqueous-dye-based, single-pass print solution that delivers an unmatched combination of quality, speed, and affordability for short-run applications in a variety of markets.
At PRINT 17, the Memjet stand features partners who are developing cutting-edge solutions that use VersaPass technology: Printware (Booth 2463), IPT Digital, and New Solution will all showcase their printing solutions. Whether it is adding creativity to direct mail, harnessing the corrugated opportunity, or leveraging your existing assets, these Memjet-powered solutions offer the quality, speed, and affordability printers need to succeed.
Next generation printhead technology
Building on the success of its original technology platform, Memjet is introducing DuraLink, an all-new, single-pass digital printing platform that features a long-life print head, durable pigment ink, 2.5 m (100") maximum print width, and a range of versatile modules.
Together, these features provide industry-leading quality and speed to a range of commercial and industrial printing and packaging markets. This dynamic technology enables fast and cost-efficient product development, industry-leading native resolution, and small drop sizes for offset-like print quality up to 1,600x1,585 dpi, with 5x nozzle redundancy and print speeds of up to 200 m/min (656'/min).
The quality, flexibility, and affordability of this new pigment-based print technology, combined with Memjet OEM partners’ creativity and market knowledge, have resulted in the development of a new breed of affordable inkjet solutions that meet the specific demands of high-volume printing markets, including commercial and industrial printing and packaging.
